As a founder and owner for nearly 25 years, my practice grew from a single location, solo provider clinic to a multi-site, multi-specialty organization with more than 20 employees. Along the way, we provided management services for another physical therapy clinic and founded, developed, and sold a physical therapy software application, which required scaling of our operations and developing systems to ensure that the care and experience we provided every day stayed true to our core values. My extensive background in compliance led me to successfully seek certification in Health Care Compliance (CHC) in 2025.

Entrepreneurship and business ownership have ensured my ability to practice at the highest level of my training and licensure, presented many challenges along the way that I have leveraged for my personal growth and leadership development, and resulted in financial security for me and my family.

My consulting perspective begins with clinical and business excellence. Prior to founding a practice, I treated patients in nearly every setting—busy, overbooked outpatient settings, schools, hospitals and nursing facilities— and developed clinical skills across a wide spectrum of patients, abilities and payers. I graduated from Columbia University’s Program in Physical Therapy, completed a professional doctorate of physical therapy with Arcadia University in 2021, and have been a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy since 2008.

I began my business and practice consulting services to help other practitioners and entrepreneurs leverage that experience to live their purpose and achieve their dreams for their professional and personal lives. I look forward to doing the same for you!
